A fire that caused disruption in central Auckland is under control.
Police assisted with road closures and about 12 fire trucks and a hazardous substances appliance were at the scene on Wakefield Street.
The fire was on the 16th floor of a building near Queen Street which is under construction.
Six crews were in the building and dozens of construction workers were evacuated.

Fire Service assistant commander at the scene, Barry Thomas, said the big response was partly because of the size of the building and the fact it was in a busy area.
He said one of the usual sources that helps pumps water to higher floors was not available.
Earlier, witnesses near the Wakefield Street address said they have not seen fire or smoke.
Most of the fire engines were still there, with fire officers still working in the building.
