Young singer Aayat Shaikh and comedian Hiren Shah have arrived in New Zealand and will be performing live at Toko Fogo Nite on Saturday, 4 November at Netball Hall, Manurewa.
Popularly known as seven-year-old wonder girl of India, Aayat gained popularity with the singing reality show Voice of India. Apart from singing, she says, she enjoys, dancing, swimming, acting and playing the keyboard.
“I am happy that so many people are coming to see me. I hope they enjoy the show if you would come to see me perform,” Aayat said during an interview with the Indian Weekender.
Hiren Shah—a ventriloquist, stand-up comedian and mimicry artist—rose to fame with Entertainment Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega, and has been liked by audiences in various parts of India. Excited to perform in Auckland for the first time, Hiren says that he will make sure the audience is entertained.
“Tinku Toofani (the puppet) and I will be there to give you full on entertainment. And I would like to invite all to come and join us for this event," he said.
